Linda Dunkel, WCCCI COB, WCCC- US COB, responsible for governance of Ireland, Italy and US. President and Chief Executive Officer of Interaction Associates, Inc. and a past Chair of its Board of Directors. Linda was named one of America's Best Bosses in November 2006 by Winning Workplaces. Previously served as Vice President of AMR Corporation, Knowledge Transfer International and BehaviorTech.
Tony Dunkel, WCCC-US President. He has spent the last 35 years as an executive change agent for large and small companies, focused on purchasing, inventory, logistics, global alliances, project management, computer services and process re-engineering. He has also served as the General Manager of a transportation firm. Tony is a past MBA mentor for the University of Texas at Dallas School of Business and spent 5 years as a high-school youth minister.
Steve Anderson, WCCC-US VP and Treasurer. Steve is also CFO of Interaction Associates and leads the Finance, IT and HR functions for the company. Steve has experience in a wide range of industries, including high-tech manufacturing, construction, finance, government contracting, real estate, and higher education. He has owned and run his own construction company, served as a CFO and Chief Administration Officer for Management Ventures of Cambridge, and VP, Finance & Strategic Planning for Enterasys Networks, Inc. of Andover, MA. Steve holds a BS in Accounting from the University of S. New Hampshire and earned his CPA while working at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
John Trainer, WCCC-US Clerk and VP Operations Technology. John is the Systems Network Manager for Interaction Associates in Cambridge, MA, where his duties include maintaining the information technology assets and hardware, software support. John has worked in IT for over twenty years. John holds a BS in Business Management from University of Phoenix. John’s primary Pro Bono Client is The Interaction Institute for Social Change. John lives in New Hampshire with his wife, Jacqueline, and their daughter Roma. John and his wife were subjects of a documentary film “Adopted: The New American Family” about transracial adoptions. The film is due for release in autumn of 2008.
Demetra Anagnostopoulos, WCCC-US VP Event Coordination and Funding Strategy. Demetra Anagnostopoulos has spent the last 15 years as an owner, and business developer at a privately held company, Interaction Associates. Over the last 18 years, she has worked with several non-profit organizations: The Greek Institute in Cambridge, MA which she helped establish in 1990; the Thesaurus of The Greek Language in Athens, Greece; the Interaction Institute for Social Change in Cambridge, MA; and most recently the World Centers of Compassion for Children International. Her role in the WCCCI is to spearhead special projects that focus primarily in the areas of education, awareness and fundraising. She holds an M.S. in Business and Organizational Communication & Marketing from Emerson College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Classics, English Literature and Women’s Studies from Tufts University. She is bilingual in Greek and English with a working knowledge of Spanish.
Rhonda Holland, WCCC-US Funding. Rhonda has a background in television production as a Senior Researcher, Production Assistant, and Executive Assistant. She has worked for the Dr. Phil show, The WB Television Network, Sony Pictures Television and MTV Networks. Rhonda holds a BA in Television-Radio from Ithaca College. She is currently the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO of Interaction Associates as well as a Client Service Manager.
Anne Fiechtner, WCCC-US Strategic Planning. Anne joined US team 2 years ago as a volunteer, focusing on nonprofit relationships and partnerships. She works at Interaction Associates, a leadership development firm, headquartered in Boston, MA., USA. Anne lives in Denver, Colorado. She has been in the field of learning and development for 10 years as a content consultant, facilitator, and account executive. Anne has worked closely with clients to align learning solutions with their business challenges within a variety of industries, including financial services, professional services, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and high tech. She holds a BA from Carleton College and a MLA from Harvard University.
